About the Role

As a Career Counselor, you are the bridge between curiosity and career, guiding students through our programs, addressing their aspirations, and ensuring they confidently choose the right course with us. You will manage leads across calls, presentations, and CRM, ensuring a smooth student experience from first enquiry to successful enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
● Task Management – Prioritise and complete all assigned tasks in CRM daily; ensure zero spillovers or overdue follow-ups.
● Dialler & Outbound Calls – Execute outbound calls via Ozonetel dialler as per data-curing logic provided; achieve daily connect and call targets consistently.
● Inbound Calls – Handle all incoming student inquiries instantly, with no missed opportunities; escalate or hand over to the right function when necessary, ensuring CRM updates.
● Lead Mining – Identify and qualify new potential students from existing databases, marketing lists, and past interactions.
● CRM Hygiene Maintenance – Maintain clean, accurate CRM records with correct tagging, note-taking, and status updates for every student interaction.
● Managing Overdues & Follow-ups – Enforce a zero-overdue policy, including reminders for scheduled presentations, missed sessions, and enrollment follow-ups.
● Pipeline Management – Build and maintain a pure admissions pipeline of high-conversion student leads; nurture them with urgency and consistency until closure.
● Revenue Generation – Consistently close enrollments to meet and exceed individual monthly admission targets.
● Presentation Booking & Scheduling – Secure and schedule career counseling presentations, ensuring accurate slots with no overlaps.
● Presentation Attendance Confirmation – Confirm attendance with students prior to sessions to minimise no-shows.
● Presentation Conversions – Pitch effectively, handle objections, and convert presentations into confirmed enrollments.
● Coordination with Mentors & Team Leader – Ensure smooth handovers, aligning student expectations with course delivery and mentorship.
● Cross-Team Handover Discipline – When passing a lead to another function (mentor, placement, retention), update CRM immediately to prevent drop-offs.
● Retention Conversions – Encourage repeat enrollments, upgrades, referrals, and word-of-mouth leads from past students.
● QA Feedback Loop – Review QA reports weekly, apply learnings, and track improvements in communication and conversions.
● Daily Reporting – Submit end-of-day updates on calls, presentations, follow-ups, conversions, and overdue status to the Team Leader.
Expected Outcomes
● Funnel Conversions – Improve inquiry-to-presentation and presentation-to-enrollment ratios.
● Revenue Generation – Meet or exceed monthly admissions targets.
● QA Score – Maintain high QA scores for both calls and CRM processes.
● Student Experience – Contribute to a high NPS (Net Promoter Score) through exceptional counseling and guidance.
● Presentation Bookings – Achieve or surpass individual presentation and enrollment booking targets.
