Key Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with service providers via

  outbound phone calls

  and

  chat

  .
• Conduct thorough

  bill negotiations

  for various service subscriptions as requested by customers.
• Process

  subscription cancellations

  accurately and efficiently.

• Document

  all customer interactions, negotiation attempts, and outcomes in the company system.
• Identify and recommend

  cost-saving opportunities

  for customers.
• Ensure complete and accurate maintenance of all negotiation records.
• Consistently achieve or exceed established

  KPIs and performance goals

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent

  verbal and written communication skills.

• Minimum

  6 months of experience

  in an

  international BPO voice process

  (outbound experience preferred).
• Strong

  negotiation and persuasion

  abilities.
• Ability to stay

  calm, composed, and professional

  in challenging situations.
• High attention to detail with strong documentation skills.
• Ability to quickly understand and adapt to

  varied service provider policies

  .
