Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at MicroSourcing, you will be responsible for handling customer service calls with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Your main tasks will include responding to inbound sales and customer service inquiries through various channels, verifying customer orders, resolving returns and exchanges, and ensuring sales through excellent customer service. Additionally, you will be expected to assist with other tasks assigned by your supervisor and maintain good communication skills while being internet-ready with a suitable backup connection. Fresh graduates or individuals with no prior BPO experience are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer service calls with a focus on customer satisfaction - Respond to inbound sales and customer service inquiries via phones, email, or web chat - Verify customer orders and resolve returns and exchanges - Ensure sales through excellent customer service - Assist with other tasks assigned by your supervisor - Maintain good to amazing communication skills - Type 50-55 words per minute - Be internet-ready with at least 25mbps speed and a backup internet - Be flexible to handle voice, chat, and email communications - Have a private space for focused learning and work - Be physically and mentally fit for work - Demonstrate a solid work ethic - Embrace flexible working hours - Handle escalated issues creatively Qualification Required: - Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English - Flexibility with working hours - Experience in handling escalated issues - Ability to think outside of the box and provide creative solutions Additional Company Details: MicroSourcing is the largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines, with over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers.
