Your Role & Responsibilities

• Act as the

  primary point of contact

  for clients (sellers, buyers, and channel partners).
• Manage and track all transactions from

  token stage through to registration

  .
• Ensure optimal

  Turnaround Times (TATs)

  across all processes and touchpoints.
• Coordinate between legal, operations, and channel partner teams to remove bottlenecks.
• Maintain

  clear, timely communication

  with clients at every stage of the process.
• Monitor documentation, deal progress, and ensure

  compliance and accuracy

• Handle escalations with professionalism, ensuring

  client trust and satisfaction

  .

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in

  real estate client servicing or CRM/CX roles

  .
• Strong understanding of property transactions and related agreements (AMA, ATS, Registry).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and reporting systems.
• Ability to balance

  process discipline with client empathy
