We’re looking for a CX Manager who will be the face of client communication and the owner of deal facilitation . From Agreements to Registration of Property , you will ensure every step of the transaction is completed on time, professionally, and to the client’s satisfaction. Your Role & Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for clients (sellers, buyers, and channel partners). Manage and track all transactions from token stage through to registration . Ensure optimal Turnaround Times (TATs) across all processes and touchpoints. Coordinate between legal, operations, and channel partner teams to remove bottlenecks. Maintain clear, timely communication with clients at every stage of the process. Monitor documentation, deal progress, and ensure compliance and accuracy . Handle escalations with professionalism, ensuring client trust and satisfaction . What We’re Looking For Experience in real estate client servicing or CRM/CX roles . Strong understanding of property transactions and related agreements (AMA, ATS, Registry). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deals simultaneously. Comfortable using CRM tools and reporting systems. Ability to balance process discipline with client empathy . Why Join Proho?
