Customer Experience Manager

As a member of the Digital Marketing team at Chinmay Finlease Limited, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence, app reputation, and customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include: - Proactively calling customers to gather feedback, address app-related issues, and encourage positive app reviews. - Assisting users in app usage, providing timely solutions, and escalating issues when necessary. - Engaging with customers fluently in Hindi and English, with knowledge of Kannada, Marathi, or Telugu being an added advantage. - Monitoring, responding to, and managing user reviews across various platforms, turning negative feedback into positive experiences. - Coordinating and publishing high-quality video testimonials from satisfied users. - Providing actionable insights to the digital marketing team based on customer interactions and app performance. - Collaborating with the creative team to create engaging content derived from user feedback. - Generating reports on customer feedback, app performance, and review trends. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Proven experience in customer engagement, call center, customer support, or digital reputation management. - Strong communication skills in Hindi and English, with proficiency in regional languages considered a significant advantage. - Understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO) and digital marketing fundamentals. - Ability to handle and convert negative feedback into positive engagement. - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach. - Comfort in collaborating with multiple teams such as Digital Marketing, Operation Team, and Tech Support. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields, along with prior experience in fintech or app-based services. Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Play Console, App Annie, or Sensor Tower is a plus.
