Job Description

CUSTOMER

  • Represent Sakthi Financial Services, its values and vision to all prospective customers and present our services/products
  • Use CRM tools to engage customers, build trust in Brand Sakthi, and maintain lasting relationships
  • Identify Customers Financial needs and to assist them in providing the right solution
  • Promptly address customers complaints and issues
  • Prompt follow-up with customers and assist them in discharging financial transactions to keep financials plans in force
  • Process orientation and commitment to deliver result in specified time

Requirements:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Presentable and multi-tasking skills
  • A team player with a customer-centric approach
  • Local language proficiency
  • Exposure to Financial Products/Services is preferable
