Job Description

CUSTOMER

Represent Sakthi Financial Services, its values and vision to all prospective customers and present our services/products
Use CRM tools to engage customers, build trust in Brand Sakthi, and maintain lasting relationships
Identify Customers Financial needs and to assist them in providing the right solution
Promptly address customers complaints and issues
Prompt follow-up with customers and assist them in discharging financial transactions to keep financials plans in force
Process orientation and commitment to deliver result in specified time

Requirements:

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Presentable and multi-tasking skills
A team player with a customer-centric approach
Local language proficiency
Exposure to Financial Products/Services is preferable
