Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls for our real estate business. The role involves generating leads, following up with potential customers, providing property information, scheduling site visits, and ensuring excellent client service to maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to generate leads for residential project

· Explain property details, project features, location benefits, pricing, and offers to prospective clients.

· Qualify leads based on budget, preferences, and buying intent.

· Schedule and confirm site visits for interested clients with the sales team.

· Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information, interactions, and follow-ups.

· Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets set by the management.

· Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign performance and lead nurturing.

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.

Follow compliance, telecalling scripts, and data privacy guidelines.


Requirements

· Graduate / Undergraduate with good communication skills (English & Hindi; regional language is a plus).

· 1–3 years of tele calling / call centre experience, preferably in real estate, banking, or insurance.

· Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

· Basic knowledge of real estate projects, locations, and property types preferred.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

· Ability to work under targets and in a fast-paced environment.
