Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive customer due diligence (CDD) and onboarding for new clients.
  • Review and refresh existing customer profiles to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to implement AML, KYC, and CFT policies.
  • Analyze customer data and documentation to identify potential risks.
  • Maintain accurate records of due diligence activities and findings.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of onboarding processes.

Skills Required:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes.
  • Experience in CDD onboarding and periodic refresh activities.
  • Good understanding of AML, KYC, KYT, and CFT regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze customer documentation and risk indicators.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Experience working with onboarding and compliance workflows.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with compliance and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases while meeting SLA timelines.
  • Proficiency in maintaining audit-ready records and reports.
