Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews for new and existing clients.
Analyze customer information and documentation to assess risk levels and compliance with AML/KYC regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely onboarding of clients while adhering to regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate records of CDD and KYC processes and findings.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to AML and KYC compliance.
Assist in the development and implementation of CDD policies and procedures.

Skills Required:

Strong experience in Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).
Good understanding of AML and KYC regulatory requirements.
Hands-on experience in customer onboarding and verification processes.
Ability to assess customer risk levels based on documentation and transaction profiles.
Strong analytical and investigative skills.
High attention to detail with accurate documentation practices.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet regulatory timelines.
Good communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Familiarity with financial crime risk indicators and red flags.
Ability to stay updated with regulatory changes and compliance standards.
