Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate SME - Endpoint Management (EM1) to join our team at Microland Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in endpoint management and be able to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain endpoint devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
Develop and implement endpoint management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to endpoint devices and applications.
Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement new endpoint management solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users on endpoint management best practices.
Monitor and analyze endpoint device performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of endpoint management principles and technologies.
Experience with endpoint management tools and platforms.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
