Job Description

Job Summary:

This role involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assess clients data management & CDP capabilities; provide optimization recommendations.
Gather business requirements & build high-performance digital data strategies.
Identify data sources, enrich profiles, and define cross-channel use cases.
Design data cleaning, transformation, and integration processes into CDP.
Recommend improvements across the broader MarTech ecosystem.
Collaborate with IT, compliance, agencies, and tech providers for solution delivery.
Plan, implement, and integrate CDP solutions (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform).
Ensure compliance with data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA); guide consent management.
Design API/file-based integrations across MarTech/AdTech tools.
Stay updated with MarTech trends; conduct vendor engagement & pilots.
Manage and grow a team of CDP specialists (hiring, training, allocation).
Support business development, proposals, and thought leadership.
