Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls/chats with empathy to support mental health services, workshops & events.
Share information about iDares offerings, workshops, and support services
Collect user feedback, update CRM, and maintain accurate call logs
Identify warm leads and pass them to the respective teams
Provide weekly updates on call progress and user responses
Support the team during campaigns or special initiatives if required

Requirement:

Preferred students pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Psychology or closely related fields.
Comfortable speaking on calls with diverse users
Good communication skills, empathy, and user demeanor
Basic understanding of CRM or willingness to learn
Someone consistent, organised, and target-driven
