Role Summary

Complaint Resolution Executive

Key Responsibilities

Handle
customer complaints / service tickets
from initiation to closure
Maintain accurate records in
Salesforce CRM
with complete documentation
Coordinate with
Warehouse, QC, Logistics, Brand, Commercial, and Finance teams
Ensure complaint resolution within
SLA / TAT
Track
Credit Notes (CN), replacements, FOC, and warranty claims
Communicate with customers via
email, phone, WhatsApp, and ticketing systems
Escalate delays as per escalation matrix
Ensure proper complaint closure and customer satisfaction
