Job Description

As a Team Leader in the Client Activation department at our company located in Vadodara, your role will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of the department. You will be responsible for training the team on soft skills and the products we offer. Your tasks will include allocating day-to-day work to the team, assigning daily tasks, and resolving team queries. Monitoring team calls to improve communication quality, identifying and resolving any non-commitment issues with customers, and ensuring timely follow-up with customers are crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with internal departments to address customer queries, forward leads generated by the team to the appropriate branches or associates, and follow up on the same. In cases where team members are unable to resolve customer queries, you will step in to provide solutions. It will be your responsibility to motivate the team to achieve daily calling targets and optimize results. You will also be required to make calls to high net-worth individuals and important customers, as well as handle daily customer queries. Your role will involve guiding customers about our existing products and ensuring effective reporting at the end of each day, including details such as team member-wise performance, project-wise calling statistics, daily calling metrics, and pending follow-ups. The skills necessary for this role include interpersonal skills, sales acumen, public relations expertise, leadership qualities, negotiation abilities, marketing knowledge, and business generation skills. We are looking for a proactive self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team, with superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills.
