Job Description (JD): Customer Care Head
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the customer care/support team
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution
Monitor daily operations, calls, emails, and customer queries
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards
Train, guide, and motivate team members
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth issue resolution
Implement and improve customer service processes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience in customer service/customer support (team handling preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to handle escalations professionally
Good knowledge of CRM tools and reporting
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Customer-focused attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
