Job Description


We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative based in Pune. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries, resolving complaints, providing product or service information, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.Keep records of customer interactions; update customer data in CRM systems.Track, document, and follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution.Work towards meeting / exceeding individual and team KPIs (e.g. response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction score).Perform quality checks and ensure adherence to company protocols and policies.Collaborate with internal departments (product, operations, logistics etc.) to ensure seamless customer experience.Provide feedback on recurring customer issues, helping improve product/service and internal processes.Maintain product/service knowledge and stay updated with any changes.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Minimum 12th Pass. Graduate or any equivalent is a plus.Experience: Freshers welcome; previous experience (0-2 years) in customer service / BPO / voice / non-voice support is advantageous.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of local/regional languages (Marathi, Hindi) is a plus.Technical Skills: Comfortable using computers and basic software (MS Office, CRM tools).
