Role Description

The Customer Care Representative is a full-time on-site role located in Nashik. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to customer calls and emails, providing accurate product information, troubleshooting problems, documenting interactions, and following up on customer concerns. The representative will also work closely with other departments to provide a seamless customer experience and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
