Job Type: Extended Part-Time (6 hours)
Shift: Rotational Shift
Timing: Fixed shift starting after 7:00 PM
Process: Chat Inbound (Blended Process)
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and empathetically across various channels (phone, email, and chat).- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues.
What we're seeking:
- Proven experience as a Customer Care Executive- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
If you have strong communication skills, are comfortable working evening shifts, and enjoy assisting customers through chat, this role is perfect for you!
