We are looking for a customer-focused and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative for our voice and chat support process. Key Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer queries via voice and chat channels. -Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and methods. -Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience. - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. -Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up as needed. - Adhere to company policies and procedures during all customer interactions.
