Job Title: Customer Care Executive – Legal Consultancy Department: Client Support & Services Location: Onsite – Sarthana Jakatnaka, Surat Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary:We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to manage and resolve client inquiries for our legal consultancy services. The ideal candidate will handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about our services while ensuring an exceptional client experience. Freshers are welcome, and training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Professionally handle inbound client calls and respond to queries regarding legal services. Understand client requirements and direct them to the appropriate legal team or department. Maintain client data and call records in CRM or relevant software. Provide clear, polite, and empathetic communication to clients. Follow-up with clients to ensure their queries are resolved. Support the team in scheduling consultations and client meetings. Work closely with legal consultants to ensure seamless service delivery. Skills & Requirements:Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree. Languages: Hindi, English, and Gujarati (mandatory). Good communication and listening skills. Basic computer knowledge and data entry ability. Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a client-first mindset. Freshers can apply; prior experience in customer support is a plus.
