Job Description

What you'll do most of the time:

1. Reviewing and analyzing incoming leads for accuracy

2. Extracting data from lead fields to identify potential discrepancies

3. Contacting prospects to verify information provided in the lead fields

4. Developing a verification plan that includes prioritizing leads by need and urgency

5. Monitoring progress of all leads through a tracking system.

6. Ready to make outbound calls to our international clients(100+) includes active and non active.

7. Should have excellent English (Verbal & Communication) skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • International voice process: 1 year (Required)
  • total work: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
