Job Description

The Allied Outsourcing/The Medsum requires Customer Care Executives for a large US Law Firm. This job requires excellent vocal and written communication skills. Only candidates with experience in an international call center apply. Convent educated candidates preferred. Our Clients are in US, so this is night shift role with 2 consecutive offs in a week. Responsibilities include: 1. Answering Client queries via phone and chat in professional and courteous manner. 2 Ensure case files and documents are organized and readily available for the lawyers. 3. Update case notes with the interactions with the Client. 4. Manage communication with Clients on the progress of a case. 5. Follow up with insurance companies and health care providers for the medical documents. 6. Set up Client information in the CRM software. 7. Flexible to undertake other responsibility that the business may require. 8. Call insurance companies to set up claims. Candidate should be comfortable working in night shift. And have very good written and spoke English communication skills.
