The Allied Outsourcing/The Medsum requires Customer Care Executives for a large US Law Firm. This job requires excellent vocal and written communication skills. Only candidates with experience in an international call center apply. Convent educated candidates preferred. Our Clients are in US, so this is night shift role with 2 consecutive offs in a week. Responsibilities include: 1. Answering Client queries via phone and chat in professional and courteous manner. 2 Ensure case files and documents are organized and readily available for the lawyers. 3. Update case notes with the interactions with the Client. 4. Manage communication with Clients on the progress of a case. 5. Follow up with insurance companies and health care providers for the medical documents. 6. Set up Client information in the CRM software. 7. Flexible to undertake other responsibility that the business may require. 8. Call insurance companies to set up claims. Candidate should be comfortable working in night shift. And have very good written and spoke English communication skills.

As our clients are based in the US, this is a night-shift position with two consecutive days off per week. About the Role: The Medsum/ The Allied Outsourcing are seeking a Market Research Executive to support our Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) business by gathering and analyzing data on US-based Personal Injury Law Firms. The role involves extensive online research to collect accurate firm details, decision-maker contacts, and marketing insights from websites, LinkedIn, and other platforms. The candidate must be analytical, detail-oriented, and persistent to ensure high-quality lead generation for our sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth research on US Personal Injury Law Firms via websites, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other professional platforms. - Accurately extract and verify firm details (size, practice areas, key attorneys, contact information). - Identify potential decision-makers (Partners, Marketing Heads, Senior Attorneys) for outreach. - Maintain a structured database of collected leads with high accuracy. - Analyze firm profiles to identify marketing opportunities for LPO services. - Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to refine lead-generation strategies. - Meet daily/weekly research targets with a focus on quality over quantity. Requirements: - Education: Bachelor’s degree (BBA/MBA preferred). Freshers from prestigious business schools are welcome. - Skills: - Strong analytical and research skills. - Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google search techniques, and Excel. - Excellent written English for data documentation. - Ability to work independently in a night shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM). - Attributes: - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. - Self-motivated, persistent, and able to meet deadlines. - Basic understanding of US legal industry/LPO services is a plus.
