Job Description

You are recruiting for the position of a Customer Support Associate for Voice Process / Chat Process. We are looking for candidates who are either graduates or undergraduates with exceptional communication skills in English. The interview process will be conducted through a walk-in drive, and both freshers and experienced individuals are welcome to apply for this position. The salary for this role ranges from 10000 to 20000 CTC, and the job location is in Amritsar. This role requires you to work in day shift rotational shifts, with 6 working days per week and 1 rotational week off. Please note that this is a 100% work from office position. As a Customer Support Associate, your responsibilities will include handling customer queries and providing assistance through voice and chat processes. This is a full-time, permanent position, and proficiency in English is a must while knowledge of Hindi is preferred.
