Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Care Executive who will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. The role involves handling day-to-day customer queries and complaints across multiple channelsphone calls, emails, live chat, and social media. The ideal candidate should be polite, patient, and proficient in English, with good communication skills and working knowledge of Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries over the phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • • Resolve product or service complaints by understanding the issue, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in Excel and/or internal CRM systems.
  • • Coordinate with other teams (logistics, operations, etc.) to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • • Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to processes or products.
  • • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage brand loyalty.
