Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels such as chat support, email support, and non-voice processes.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work on UK shifts (24/7) with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-3 years of experience in BPO or call center environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone or email.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
