Role Overview

We're seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our inbound banking customer service team. You will handle customer inquiries with empathy and precisiondelivering meaningful resolutions and ensuring a high level of service quality and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer calls promptly and professionally
  
• Address queries related to banking products, services, account status, and transactions accurately and courteously
  
• Uphold regulatory, compliance, and bank-specific standards (e.g., KYC, AML)
  
• Log all customer interactions in the system accurately
  
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling or educating customers about additional services (where applicable)
  
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team in a timely manner
  
• Maintain a calm and empathetic attitude when resolving customer complaints
  
• Meet individual and team performance metrics (e.g., resolution time, customer satisfaction)
