We're hiring for Inbound and Outbound customer service (GPS Tracker)
Experience: Min. 6 months into Customer service
Location : Andheri East
Languages (Mandatory): Hindi & English + Odia, Gujarati, Tamil, Kanada.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls on GPS tracker services
Provide info & basic troubleshooting
Maintain customer records and logs
Resolve queries or escalate when needed
Qualifications:
Min. 12th pass
Good in Hindi, English & one regional language
Good communication & problem-solving skills
Immediate joiners preferred
