Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to the development of customer service strategies. Requirements: Strong communication skills with fluency in English/Hindi. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and independently. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Basic computer skills. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
