Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an entry level Customer Care Executive. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their queries and complaints, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services. You will also need to maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow up on their concerns to ensure their needs are met. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. Provide timely and accurate information to customers and ensure their satisfaction with our products or services. Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive outcome for the customer. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update the customer database as required. Collaborate with other teams to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed and resolved to their satisfaction. Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to the development of customer service strategies. Requirements: Strong communication skills with fluency in English/Hindi. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and independently. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Basic computer skills. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
