Job Description

Referral Coordination:
Managing and coordinating patient referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers.
Appointment Management:
Scheduling appointments with specialists and ensuring timely coordination between patients and healthcare providers.
Referral Status Tracking:
Monitoring and updating referral statuses to ensure efficient patient care and communication between providers.
Information Transfer:
Ensuring that all necessary patient information is accurately transferred between healthcare providers to facilitate seamless care.

Job Requirements:

Experience:
At least 1 year of non-clinical experience, or freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills, with a proficiency of
Versant 5 or above
in international communication.
Organizational Skills:
Strong ability to manage appointments, referrals, and information transfer with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Customer-Centric Support:
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring patient satisfaction.
