YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform timely and accurate inventory management transactions related to : Inventory status/Batch characteristic management Selection of batches for normal process/blend proposals Bulk & Intercompany process orders and follow up SLOC Management Inspection Lots Creation to meet quality requirement. Create all OPOs Dirty / Clean / Pack / Unpack / Virtual / 3rd party. Adhere to all internal & external protocols while utilizing the seeds in different processing operations, maintaining the required quality parameters. Monitor incoming seeds to schedule and prioritize required processes to make them ready for sales, communicate with operations and quality for critical needs. Monitor batch information to identify potential further processes, including : Advanced treating/packaging plan to reduce lead time Reworking to upgrade seeds to meet quality specifications Blending to minimize the number of batches in the inventory.
