Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails related to insurance policies, claims, renewals, and premium payments.

  • • Resolve customer queries promptly and accurately within defined timelines.
  • • Manage and resolve customer escalations with professionalism and empathy.
  • • Coordinate with internal departments (claims, underwriting, operations, etc.) to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • • Identify recurring issues and share feedback with the team for process improvement.
  • • Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.
