Qualification:

Candidate must have a background in a
Diploma in Mech/ B.E. - Mech/ Instrumentation

Role & responsibilities

Serve as the main contact for customers regarding
pharma tooling-related
queries and support.
Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to resolve
pharma tooling
complaints effectively and on time.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business in
pharma tooling
.
Follow up on outstanding payments and support timely collection.
Share customer feedback and insights to help improve
pharma tooling
products and services.
Identify new business opportunities through customer interactions in the
pharma tooling
segment.
Maintain records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Willing to travel when needed for customer visits and support.
Demonstrate a proactive and customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
