Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Customer Experience Executive to ensure high customer satisfaction through daily reachouts and effective issue resolution. The main focus of this role is to connect with customers who register with us, take their feedback, resolve issues, and process orders and returns smoothly. Key Responsibilities:Call customers daily from the registrations we receive to take feedback and ensure satisfaction Manage daily customer complaints or issues and arrange replacements promptly Process returns from e-commerce portals (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) accurately Oversee order processing to ensure timely dispatch and delivery Maintain proper records of customer calls, feedback, issues, returns, and replacements Coordinate with warehouse and courier partners for smooth operations Key Requirements: 2+ years of experience in customer service or operations (preferred) Good communication skills (Hindi & English) with a polite and positive approach Basic knowledge of e-commerce portals and order management Organised with attention to detail Ability to handle customer queries calmly and professionally
