Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and processes.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats while maintaining a high level of service quality.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Contribute to team efforts by achieving individual and team targets.
Gather customer feedback and share it with relevant departments for service improvement.

Qualifications:

For Freshers:

High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate customer service tools.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

For Experienced Candidates:

1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
Ability to resolve conflicts and manage customer expectations effectively.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays, if required.
