Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team! As an inbound voice process expert, you'll handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues via phone calls, providing timely and effective solutions. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Listen actively to customer concerns and provide accurate solutions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
- Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate issue resolution
- Meet productivity and quality standards
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office tools
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service (freshers welcome to apply)
