Job Summary:

The Customer Service Associate (CSA) is responsible for providing excellent customer support by assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The CSA serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers, maintaining professionalism, empathy, and efficiency in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, returns, payments, or account updates as needed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their needs are met.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and share feedback with management.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets (e.g., response time, resolution rate, satisfaction score).

  • Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and MS Office applications.
