About the Role:
As a Customer Care Executive at Hinduja Hospital, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families. Your role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. You will play a crucial part in ensuring patient satisfaction and enhancing the overall experience at the hospital.About the Team: You will be part of a dynamic and dedicated customer care team that values collaboration and a patient-centric approach. Together, we aim to create a welcoming environment for all patients and visitors.You are Responsible for: Managing incoming calls and inquiries from patients and their families. Providing accurate information regarding hospital services, appointments, and procedures. Resolving complaints and issues promptly and effectively to ensure patient satisfaction. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hospital policies, services, and staff members. Documenting interactions and feedback in the hospital's CRM system for record-keeping and analysis.To succeed in this role – you should have the following: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others. Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve patient concerns. Basic knowledge of medical terminology and hospital operations is beneficial. Experience in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare, is a plus.
