Job Description

Company: Mohsin Textiles Location: Work From Home Job Type: Full-Time 🕘 Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM 👩‍💼👨‍💼 Both male and female can apply 🗣 Responsibilities: Communicate with customers via chat and phone calls regarding their queries, orders, and product details. Maintain a polite, convincing, and professional tone in all conversations. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products such as Banarasi sarees, suits, and lehengas. Use selling and persuasion skills to convert inquiries into sales. Follow up with potential buyers and assist them until purchase is completed. Keep records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback. ✅ Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or communication role. (Freshers not allowed) Must speak Hindi fluently and have basic English communication skills. Should have good selling and convincing skills. Interest or experience in the fashion industry (especially sarees, suits, lehengas) is preferred. Must have good listening skills, patience, and a positive attitude. Smartphone or laptop and a stable internet connection are required.
