Mohsin Textiles is a reputed women’s clothing brand specializing in sarees and suits. We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Customer Care Executive to join our team. Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback, and provide suitable solutions. Attend incoming voice calls from customers, understand their requirements, and guide them politely. Explain product details, prices, offers, and the order process to customers. Convince customers and aim to close deals during conversations. Provide accurate information about sarees, suits, and other brand products. Send follow-up messages or calls to ensure a positive customer experience. Maintain basic documentation of customer records and queries. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English. Familiarity with social media platforms and WhatsApp. Experience in sales or customer support is an advantage. Should be confident, patient, and polite. Comfortable handling voice calls.
