Job Description

Role: Customer Care Representative

Location:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Care Representative. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer support in a fast-paced international voice process environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via call/chat support, providing timely and effective solutions.
Process customer requests, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Respond to inbound inquiries, providing information about the program and guiding customers through the collection process.
Collect and record initial customer intake details accurately in the system.
Document call outcomes and maintain up-to-date customer communication records
.
Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as AHT, CSAT, and first call resolution rates.

Mandatory Skills:

Proficiency in

English

(verbal and written).
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in

night shifts

and from the

office.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with inbound voice processes.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
