Customer Care Executive (CCE)

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
, ensuring a professional and helpful interaction.
Generate sales leads
that have the potential to develop into new customers.
Identify and assess customers needs
to achieve high levels of satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust
with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Handle customer queries

Skills & Qualifications

Proven customer support experience
or experience as a client service representative.

track record of over-achieving quotas
is highly desirable.
Strong phone contact handling skills
and active listening abilities.
Familiarity with
CRM systems and practices

and the ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalities and situations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to
multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in English, Hindi, and Telugu
