We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues and providing solutions
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus)

Qualification: HSC /Graduate

Shift: Rotational shift/ rotational weekoff

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
