Introduction: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven ORM Specialist to join our team and manage our online reputation across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and experience in monitoring, analyzing, and improving brand perception through social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) for mentions of the company or brand, both positive and negative.
• Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner across social media channels.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve brand sentiment and resolve any potential PR crises.
• Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and public relations teams to ensure consistent and positive messaging.
• Track and analyze online conversations and trends related to the brand and industry.
• Utilize social listening tools and analytics platforms to assess and report on brand health and audience sentiment.
• Engage with influencers, brand advocates, and key stakeholders to promote positive brand narratives.
• Draft press releases, social media posts, and responses to online reviews to address negative or misleading content.
• Develop and execute proactive campaigns to improve the brand's image and online reputation.

Qualification: HSC /Graduate

Shift: Rotational shift/ rotational weekoff

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
