Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling customer interactions and providing effective support, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages to assist customers.
Resolve customer queries and issues with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department and follow up for resolution.
Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining regular follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
Excellent communication skills (English & Malayalam) – both verbal and written.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage).

Preferred Qualities:

Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
