Customer Support Executive

Position Details

Location:

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
Provide accurate and updated information about products and services.
Handle queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Document interactions accurately in internal systems and adhere to company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Meet individual and process-level performance targets consistently.

Candidate Requirements

Education:
Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream).
Experience:
Freshers and experienced candidates (03 years) are eligible.
Language Proficiency:
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
Age Limit:
Up to 30 years.
Must be comfortable with
rotational shifts
and
6-day working
schedules.

Compensation Structure

Domestic Voice Process:

Freshers: 15,000 – 20,000 CTC
Experienced: Up to 25,000 CTC

International Voice Process:

Freshers (with excellent English): 21,000 CTC
Experienced: Up to 30,000 CTC

Additional Benefits:

Both-side cab facility provided.
5 days working with 2 rotational offs.
Attractive performance-based incentives.
