Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and resolve issues through calls, chats, and emails. Provide accurate information about services, policies, and procedures. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude while interacting with customers. Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues when required. Work in rotational shifts as part of a 24/7 support team. Requirements: Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in customer service. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one South Indian language (Kannada / Tamil / Telugu). Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
