Job Description : Meeting SMEs, Manufacturers, Traders, Warehouses, Transport Contractors and Booking Agents for acquisition and on-boarding to Vahak for mid and long distance Full Truck transportation requirements Responsible for increasing load posting and app usage from the target users Ensure adherence to Sales process and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads through various Business Development activities Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly activities and output targets Execute marketing strategies to improve visibility among target users Share any user feedback to Vahak for any further improvements in Vahak's offerings Candidate profile : Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales and Business Development to SMEs, Manufacturers, Traders, Warehouses, This is a mandatory requirement. Candidates can be from any industry, Candidates with experience in logistics / transportation would be preferred. Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory Prior experience of working in the target geography would be preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills Candidates should have their own vehicle for travel for work.
