Manage load & lorry matchmaking efficiently across multiple routes.
Ensure seamless fulfilment of shipments with high customer satisfaction.
Engage with transporters and customers for negotiation and coordination.
Provide customer support and upsell cross-platform services when applicable.
Track daily operations and maintain accurate data using Google Sheets and reporting
tools.
Support the team in handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced logistics environment.
1+ year of experience in logistics operations, especially in load-lorry matchmaking.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Prior experience in customer service and cross-selling.
Comfortable using Google Sheets and basic reporting tools.
Fluent in Kannada & Hindi, working knowledge of English (additional languages
are a plus).
Highly organized, adaptable, and a quick problem solver.
